Quality proven before it ships

We have been building paper bag machinery in Istanbul since 2010. No machine leaves the factory until it has been seen running at the speed we promised, on the buyer's own paper.

  • SM-77-P Full-Servo High Speed Flat & Satchel Bag Machine
  • SM-70-P Full-Servo High Speed Flat & Satchel Bag Machine

We do one thing. Every line we ship is a variant of a single platform, refined for sixteen years on feedback from the floor, which is why we can tell you on the phone how your paper will behave on it.

Turning, milling and assembly happen in our own shop; the parts that set the machine's running tolerance are never sent out. Servo drives, PLCs and bearings come from the brands the European builders use, and we do not swap them for equivalents to hit a price.

Before a machine is crated it runs a full production batch on the buyer's own paper grade. We record the speed, the waste rate and the finished bag, and send it to you. If the result is not what you expected, the machine does not ship.

Installation and operator training are done by our own team. Spare parts are cut on the same lathes that made the originals, so a part for a line we shipped years ago can still be made today. The life of the machine does not depend on a supplier's catalogue.

The workshop

Eyüpsultan, Istanbul. Visitors are welcome — tell us when you are coming and we will schedule your machine's test run for that day.

Where the machines go

North Africa is our largest market — Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Libya — followed by Iraq and the Balkans. We handle crating, customs documentation and can quote CIF to your port.

Come and see it run

The workshop is 40 minutes from Istanbul Airport. Tell us the week you can travel and we will have a machine on the floor for you.
